Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, while express delivery options are available for urgent orders.
For local orders, we charge a flat delivery fee of Rs 200 for islandwide shipping.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track its status online.
Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note for outerborough deliveries, our delivery time frame is from 9am – 5pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 5 PM 🙂
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards for a secure and smooth checkout process.
Currently, we do not offer installment payments, but we are working on adding flexible payment options soon.

Yes, we offer full refunds for cancellations made within 20 days of ordering. After that, cancellation policies may apply.
